Led product strategy and experience design for a SaaS platform helping small to mid-sized merchants synchronize inventory and product data across point-of-sale and eCommerce systems.
Led UX research and product design for Post IQ — an AI-powered platform helping retailers transform product catalogs into social-ready video content.
Independent Consultant
Worked with companies including across retail, eCommerce, digital platforms, and PropTech to clarify product direction and improve digital experiences. Lead desig for two important shopping center companies: Westfield Labs (Westfield Shopping Centers) and Macerich.
